Faktor-Faktor Yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh Dalam Memberdayakan Petani Ternak Kambing Peranakan Etawa

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor penentu kinerja pekerjaan di pertanian pertanian. Responden penelitian ini adalah 30 petani. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) ada pengaruh positif dari dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan pada perilaku kewargaan organisasi dan 2) kepuasan kerja dikonfirmasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengaruh dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan pada perilaku kewargaan organisasi.
