Ultrasonografi Perkembangan Folikel Ovaria Selama Siklus Estrus Dan Kebuntingan Awal Pada Sapi Peranakan Ongole (PO)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan folikel ovarium selama siklus estrus dan awal kehamilan. Sebanyak dua belas sapi Ongole-persilangan yang disinkronisasi menggunakan prostaglandin, kemudian diperiksa melalui ultrasonografi (USG) dan diambil serum darah berturut-turut pada hari 19 (proestrus), hari 0 (estrus) atau pada saat inseminasi, hari 5 (metestrus), hari 15 ( diestrus), hari 19, hari 30 dan 60 setelah inseminasi. Penegasan status reproduksi sapi eksperimental dilakukan dengan penentuan konsentrasi estrogen dan progesteron. Pemeriksaan ultrasonografi selama siklus estrus dan awal kehamilan menunjukkan gambar perkembangan folikel tahap metestrus, diestrus dan awal kehamilan perubahan menjadi corpus tingkat luteum.Estrogen (pg / ml) vs progesteron (ng / ml) menunjukkan bahwa 19 hari setelah esrus (8,611 ± 0,126 dan 1,422 ± 0,097), b. Estrus (15,844 ± 0.150 dan 0,866 ± 0.100), c. Metestrus 5 hari setelah IB (3,667 ± 0,281 vs 2,788 ± 0,153); d. Diestrus 15 hari setelah IB (4,044 ± 0,235 vs 7,076 ± 0,122); e. bunting 30 hari setelah IB (4,272 ± 0,101 vs 8,186 ± 0,120).
