Strategi Memperkuat Ketahanan Pangan dan Sektor Pertanian Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Adanya pandemi COVID-19 telah mengubah segala aspek kehidupan, termasuk pertanian. Ketahanan pangan dan sektor pertanian harus diperkuat. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana strategi memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan sektor pertanian pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelusuran pustaka. Literatur didapatkan dari database Science Direct dan Google Scholar. Skrining dilakukan berdasarkan judul, abstrak, dan keseluruhan isi teks. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan strategi jangka pendek untuk mengontrol harga pangan, distribusi makanan, mengurangi impor makanan yang tidak diperlukan, meningkatkan kewaspadaan diet untuk meningkatkan imunitas, dan memberikan subsidi bagi petani. Strategi jangka panjang adalah membuat rantai suplai makanan lebih efektif dan meningkatkan diversifikasi makanan. Peran serta semua orang dan pihak diperlukan untuk kesuksesan program ini. Kesimpulan: Strategi jangka pendek untuk memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan sektor pertanian adalah dengan mengontrol harga dan distribusi pangan. Strategi jangka panjang adalah dengan meningkatkan rantai suplai makanan dan meningkatkan diversifikasi pangan.

ABSTRACT
The COVID-19 pandemic changes all aspects of life, including agriculture. Food security and agriculture sector must be strengthened. This paper aims to describe the strategy to strengthen the food security and agriculture sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: This is a literature review. Databases were Science Direct and Google Scholar. Keywords were agriculture sector, COVID-19, food security, strategy. Screening was based on the title, abstract, and full text. Results revealed that the short term strategies are controlling the food price and distribution, reducing unnecessary food imports, increasing dietary awareness to increase immunity, and giving subsides for the farmers. Long term strategies are making the food supply chain more effective and increasing food diversification. All people and parties need to participate for the success of this program. Conclusion: short term strategies to strengthen the food security and agricultural sector are controlling the price and distribution of the food. Long term strategies are increasing food supply chain and food diversification.
